Butterfly Daydreams

If you had them, you’ll know butterfly daydreams were always closer to a fairytale than reality. The flower we imagined floating around definitely had a sparkle, and our wings weren’t standard orange like a Monarch. Design & Details

This enchanting women’s costume dress combines fairytale styling and butterfly essentials into one playful ensemble. Of course, the dress is the star of the show. Made from 100% polyester satin, the base promises lasting style that’s easy to maintain. A poly-spandex panel in the back ensures slipping into the pullover dress is easy and comfortable, but it’s the detailing that makes this dress shine!

All-over printed butterfly wing graphics and a pastel color scheme decorate the satin parts of the dress. Handkerchief-hemmed chiffon panels are layered over the solid-colored underskirt and under the dress’s peplum, giving the skirt a playful volume that will make you ready to twirl like a kid. Meanwhile, thin shoulder straps and a sweetheart neckline add to the classic fairy aesthetic.

Felt fabric wings printed to match the dress come included. The wings feature wire at the top to keep them standing and ready to fly, and elastic shoulder straps promise comfortable extended wear. The costume is completed by a pair of springy pipe cleaner antennae with fluffy pompom toppers. Attached to a fabric-wrapped headband, styling your look with the antennae is easy!
