The costume top is designed to look like an evening jacket with long tails over a waistcoat. The jacket portion is made of dark blue twill, while the vest is printed with a tapestry pattern. A green organdy bow is sewn to the collar and a printed felt watch peeks out of the front pocket. The white velour pants have attached fiberfill-stuffed shoe covers that match the white velour mitts. The hood is backed with foam and its attached ears are sewn around a wire so that they can be posed.
