The sleeveless velour tunic is made of sculpted green velour and fits comfortably over a lightweight outfit. Its front is decorated with appliqued and embroidered eyes. A faux leather fish hook is sewn to the edge of the built-in treat pouch, which is lined with pink material to resemble a mouth. Foam-backed fins are sewn to the costume’s sides and back. The canvas fisherman’s hat is decorated with a green hat band and small pom-poms.
