The knee-length dress fastens in the back and features an orange bodice with puffed sleeves and a black and white ruffled collar. The ruffled white inset on the bodice’s center front is decorated with multicolored pom-poms and yellow trim. An orange bow is sewn to the front of the waist between the striped panniers.
