This cute costume carrier cover comes with everything you need to transform your baby into a little bundle of grouch. The fiberfill stuffed cover panel is decorated with a metallic silver coating and features printed graphics to make it look like Oscar’s garbage can. Even Oscar’s “Scram” sign is printed on the cover panel.

Attached to the cover panel are two furry green hands designed to look like Oscar’s. The hood is made to look like Oscar’s face and features embroidered and appliqued eyes and eyebrows. A foam trash can lid is attached to the top of the hood.
