Camp Riding Hood

After her horrible encounter with the big bad wolf, people expected Little Red Riding Hood to avoid the woods for a good long time. And Riding Hood did stay out of the forest for a little bit. But then people started asking her about her misadventure and she started showing them her ax-throwing skills. It wasn’t long before she started teaching some of those skills to her fellow villagers and that expanded her lessons into the renowned Camp Riding Hood! As soon as it got warm, young ladies dressed in red capes gathered in cozy little cabins in the woods and learned basket weaving, herb gathering, and most importantly, wolf defense techniques. Anyone who lived within a hundred miles of the enchanted forest knew this was the place to be each summer. Stay out of the woods? Nah. Red Riding Hood owns the forest!

Design & Details

This Red Hot Riding Hood costume is Made by Us, meaning our creative team made sure to put a unique, modern twist on this outfit. The dress has a faux leather corset and tank straps that create a plunging neckline. A red velvet mini skirt is wide enough to comfortably put a petticoat underneath and trimmed with a white ruffle. Topped off with a red cape, this costume is instantly recognizable once you slip the hood over your head!
