Everything you need to take on the role of Popeye the Sailor Man is included in this costume. This sailor’s blue pants will fit you just right thanks to the elastic waistband. Popeye’s bright yellow belt will fasten comfortably around your waist thanks to the trusty silver-toned buckle.

The short-sleeved shirt matches the design of Popeye’s sailor uniform. It is black with a red collar and blue cuffs that match the color of the pants. Don’t worry about having to hit the gym extra hard before Halloween. This costume comes with Popeye’s signature oversized forearms. These accessories can be attached to the ends of the short sleeves with hook & loop fastener once you slide your arms into them. Top this costume off with the white sailor’s hat and corn cob pipe, and your transformation is complete!
