Both the bodice and skirt are overlaid with layers of orange mesh dotted with a sparkly glitter. The skirt’s longest mesh layer has a handkerchief-style hemline. The dress’s shiny orange mock turtleneck collar is decorated with feather-shaped mesh details to match the knit mesh “feathers” sewn around the iridescent orange sash. The headband is topped with a character face panel complete with appliqued features and a plume of colorful, sparkly mesh streamers.
