This costume is designed to make your kid look like they own every property on the board. The poplin jacket comes with a satin collar and lapels, making them look polished enough to close a deal on Park Place. And don’t worry about fussy layersthe white satin vest panels are sewn right into the jacket, so they’ll look sharp without the hassle. There’s even a red satin bow tie because, obviously, a real estate mogul needs a bow tie.

The jersey-knit pants have an elastic waistband, perfect for the kid who plans on buying up half the town while staying comfy. The prop money fan fits right into the functional breast pocket, so your little mogul can flash their cash (and definitely not loan it to you).

Then, of course, there’s the foam-backed full head cover.
