Its long sleeves are trimmed with tan tulle ruffles, as is the swingy skirt’s hemline. A tulle-tufted velour tail is sewn to the back of the waistline. The pair of tiered tulle legwarmers look amazing over your favorite pair of tights or leggings and stay in place thanks to the elastic sewn into their upper edges. The velour-covered headband is decorated with soft velour ears.
