The outfit includes a pullover tunic that fastens at the back of the left shoulder and is made of bright yellow polyester velour. The front panel is backed with foam to help it keep its circular shape. The diameter is sewn with triangle-shaped “sunbeams” that are made of alternating velour and yellow taffeta. Each one is backed with foam to keep it straight. A sweetly smiling face is embroidered on the tunic’s front.
