Celebrate Dorothy’s defeat of the Witch when you wear this exclusive, officially licensed Deluxe Plaid Munchkin Toddler’s Costume! The short-sleeved shirt is made of brushed nylon that has been printed with a pattern of blue and green diamonds. Oversized faux buttons are attached to the center front.
