Its bodice is trimmed in white satin ribbon edging, as are the tulle ruffles sewn to each shoulder. The attached white satin sash features a pre-tied bow on the left side of the waist and a stuffed velour tail is sewn to the back of the dress. A built-in petticoat with a satin base layer and glittery tulle overlay gives the skirt some lift. The sturdy plastic headband is covered in black fabric and decorated with velour ears and a white satin bow.
