Design & Details

Our Plus Size Xenomorph Costume starts with a jumpsuit crafted from comfy polyester jersey knit fabric with zipper in back. Foam-backed pieces, complete with graphic prints replicating the Xenomorph’s signature carapace, create a convincing alien exoskeleton along with fiberfill stuffing that adds to the monstrous physique. Stuffed tubes and a tail in back add to the menace’s frightening look.

The star of the show, however, is the pullover mask. Made with foam-backed fabric, it completely covers your head and transforms you into the iconic Xenomorph. A mesh-covered mouth vent ensures you can see clearly while striking fear into the hearts of your fellow partygoers. The costume is complete with gloves featuring elongated fingers and shoe covers, ensuring you’re covered head to toe in extraterrestrial awesomeness.
