His eyes glow a menacing yellow as he lets out eerie laughter and pulls on the leash of his balloon dog, which bounces up and down with each tug. And yes, the balloon pup barks. Of course it does.

Equipped with volume control, motion sensor activation, and a try-me button, you decide when Spikey starts his haunting routine. He’s ready for indoor or covered outdoor use, too. Just make sure he stays dry and plugged into a GFCI outlet outdoors. With a metal stand and creepy plastic details, he’s the perfect mix of carnival fun and sci-fi horror.
