The tank-style top is patterned with uniform yellow and black stripes and has yellow faux flowers sewn to the base of each strap. The black sewn-in satin waist sash is embellished with matching flowers and sits just above the poufy skirt’s layers of ruffly tulle that has been printed with bright yellow stripes.
