Some people know what to do with freedom. Sometimes it seems like other people don’t. You might have dark moments of questioning freedom when your neighbor turns on their blazing bright Christmas display in the beginning of November. Or when you hear your little sister play the newest vapid pop song for ten hours straight. Or when you see someone order pineapple pizza (or not, our boss just told us we are not taking an official stance on this particular controversy). Still, when the time comes for you to make some strong choices like bringing back the scrunchy or taking up recumbent bicycling, you have to appreciate the wonders of freedom. You might even think back on the people who fought for freedom along the years. If you want to celebrate everyone’s freedom to order what they will on their pizza and ride what they will along the bike path, this Braveheart William Wallace costume is a great choice this Halloween.

Details & Design

This Made by Us Braveheart costume has tough, battle layers of clothing. The tunic underneath has a linen texture. It’s layered under a faux leather tunic. The plaid sash is attached to the shoulder for a chieftain type look. A faux leather harness is layered across the chest and around the hips. The look is finished off with a tough spiked gauntlet to make you look as tough as nails and ready to fight for freedom.

Sights of Scotland

The history of Scotland produces some amazing legends. William Wallace is one of them. This look will make that legend come alive once more. Top this costume off with some wild braids, a sword, and plenty of blue paint on your face.
