The leggings have an elastic waistband, and hook and loop fastener strips keep the pants and shoe covers secure. A green wig provides the finishing detail, and will have your kiddo ready to trick-or-treat in no time. The best part is, they can stay on the clock while they’re out in your neighborhood and count it as a “research expedition!”
