The dress has an elastic waistband for a comfortably snug fit and ruffled cap sleeves that give the garment a whimsical look. Ensuring the costume dress is recognizable as the Cat, it has a white inset at the bodice and large velvet bowtie at the collar, though the attached faux fur tail doesnt hurt.
