Its sleeves are gently puffed and sewn with elastic in the wrist openings. The attached vest panels are made of brown faux suede and decorated with a rainbow peace symbol applique and a fringed hemline. The blue polyester pants have an elastic waistband and the lower legs flare into bell bottoms from the knees to the ankles.
