The first is the bunting itself. It is designed to look like a mermaid’s fishy tail. This bunting also features a top that matches the color of the bottom. The shoulders are designed with a mesh fabric and a seashell decoration is featured at the waist of the costume. The second, and last, part of the costume is the headband. It is made to match the color scheme of the rest of the costume and features another cute seashell.
