A one-piece dress cleverly crafted to look like a jacket over a ruffled blouse and gathered skirt starts the charming ensemble. Vibrant red stretch velvet shapes the body of the jacket featuring metallic gold trim, foam buttons, and an attached satin belt with a golden buckle. Jersey knit fabric gathered and attached at the collar and sleeve cuffs ensure a layered look, while the satin skirt with a tulle underskirt adds a bit of drama to the ensemble.

The costume dress secures in the back with a zipper for quick changes. Meanwhile, the included foam-backed hat with ruffles along the wired brim and a velvet band at the opening completes the look with a flourish worthy of your little captain!
