Battle of the Dead

The stakes are high. All of the generals gather the troops together to discuss their possibilities. The enemy is too great, they say. Surrender looks likely. One brave soldier pipes up from the back of the crowd. “What if surrender didn’t have to happen?” he asks. “What if we have a secret ally who would be happy to fight for us?” The generals think that sounds awesome, so the soldier sets to work. Pretty soon, he’s got a mysterious potion that, when sprinkled on the battlefield, resurrects some slightly decomposed troops who are quite willing to lend a hand (as long as it hasn’t fallen off of their wrist).
