This one-piece costume, made from fluffy blue fabric, slips on over your dogs front legs and secures behind their head with a hook and loop fastener. Bear ears on top of the hood and attached arms complete with heart-shaped paw pads, make your pup look just like this classic Care Bear. A white fleece belly badge with Grumpy Bears printed signature raincloud completes the outfit. Your dog will be the cutest canine around in this delightful costume!
