Leaping Leprechauns!

Have you ever been one of those unfortunate people who forgets to wear green on St. Patrick’s Day? Did you also end up actually getting pinched? We wondered where this weird tradition came from, especially since Saint Patrick himself was more commonly associated with the color blue. Some say that you get pinched for not showing proper respect to the Emerald Isle, but it seems there might be more to it. Apparently, a legend somehow got started that wearing green makes you invisible to leprechauns. On St. Patricks Day, they go around pinching anyone they can see. Therefore, if you dont wear green, you get pinched. However, were still not sure why people took it upon themselves to do it instead of leaving it to the leprechauns. Sounds like wed better add some green to our wardrobes, just in case!

We decided to create these Shamrock Tights to help (literally) save our skins on St. Patricks Day.
